Thank you for the Great Service on our Chicago land properties! We paid several contractors for specific tasks to be completed on our data rooms in Chicago. I was not convinced that an Audit was necessary. My partner wanted to move forward with the Audit based on his years of experience and was he right! The pictures and documentation you provided indicated that the work that the contractors provided did not meet our agreed upon requirements. You made it easy for us to proceed with the back charge process.
